At certain points
in the game, you will be asked if you want to download a computer, the 3 hidden links are in the computers, one for each of the 3 computers.
There is one hidden branch in File about Ripley.
There is one hidden ending in the File about Newt.
There is one hidden ending in the File about the Princess
Alien.
Ok if this doesnt help, try a higher level.
