It's classified as "LV-426", the file reports it has been teraformed and inhabited by 60 families.
But what's strange about this is we've not picked up any of the background radio chatter that normaly comes from a colony of this size. But a more detailed scan has detected a very faint signal coming from the far side of this moon. Our computer can not identify this signal...
